As expected, the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum was flawless. The French couturier is a lauded fashion designer for a reason. Gaultier's label work, heavily influenced by his lifestyle, often borders on shocking and has caused some to brand him as an "enfant terrible." The multimedia exhibition featured mannequins with interactive faces and showcased around 140 haute couture and ready-to-wear pieces all of which I would happily don. Enjoy the images.
